Ford side trans tuning for 08-10 6.4 PS swapped trucks.
Now includes Pats disable! No more random no crank issues. This calibration replaces your current PCM OS with our custom OS that has all the necessary logic corrections that a swap creates. When swapping another engine the Ford PCM still looks for data from all of its various sensors that are either not present anymore or providing the incorrect data that the Ford engineers have programmed into it. Without the logic corrections needed this put the PCM and TCM into a limp mode state to protect the engine and transmission from damage. The problem is that now we have another engine in front of the Ford transmission that cannot communicate with the Ford controllers....so its business as usual for our new Cummins it sends full torque through the transmission and neither of the Ford controllers are prepared for this. So we get shift flare or slipping causing damage to the transmission and all of its clutches. Our calibrations take care of any unnecessary dash lights but still retains full functionality for all other diagnostic purposes.
