FST Conversions is your source for custom tuning for your Cummins swapped Ford SuperDuty truck. Our tuning was born out of necessity for a better solution to what was available when we built our very first swap. Just like you we scoured the internet looking for a solution and tried everything that was available...but nothing seemed to work properly. That realization led me to take on the task myself. With hundreds of hours of data logs and learning new things and what was causing the issues in the first place after about 3 years of research and trial and error we finally had it working properly. Our goal has always been to make these swapped trucks shift and feel like factory, no trying to mask the issues with tuning tricks. Treat the problem not the symptom. We correct all the underlying logic issues that cause the problems in the first place.....no problems.....no need to treat the symptom! This approach is what makes our tuning stand out and gives you that factory feel you were expecting when you started your swap.

With the shop purchase of a Mustang Chassis Dyno late last year one of our goals for 2025 is to dyno test all of our tuning to fine tune any issues that may come up.
